We are happy to announce our third workshop this year "Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) + Tibetan Sound Healing Therapy. "
Family obligations, household chores, and work are part of our everyday activities. All these can really be overwhelming and highly stressful. If you think you don’t have time for a 30-minute workout session or 60-minute massage to relieve stress, then you need to attend this workshop!
-During this workshop you will learn 10 different Breathing Techniques:
1. Full yogic breath - the foundation of your yoga practice and stress relief in a daily life!
3. Nadi Shodhana
4. Surya Bhedi and Chandra Bhedi
Warming up Pranayamas:
7. Vama Krama Kapalabhati
- You are going to learn about energy locks "Bhandas". How to use them during breathing and why they are used in yoga.
After the theory and practice we are going to breathe for 30 minutes to expand the lungs and get our mind ready for 1 hour of Tibetan Sound Healing Therapy.
Benefits of Breathing:
NOTE! Not taking deep, slow breaths could make your body to react in certain negative ways or could even lead to health problems like increased infections, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune disease, high blood pressure or hypertension, anxiety, indigestion and other mental health issues.
About Sound Healing Therapy:
Singing bowls, also known as Tibetan singing bowls, have a mysterious past and not much is known about their origins. They are still as powerful spiritual musical tool as they were thousands of years ago.
Benefits of sound healing:
Please, kindly wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. During an hour of the sound healing therapy you will need a blanket to cover yourself.
